Roger is the principal consultant with 30 years leadership and management experience across multiple market sectors including healthcare, telecommunications, resources, executive search and recruitment and maritime in both for profit and not for profit businesses. Roger holds an Executive MBA, is qualified as a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
